LISAA Paris Interior Architecture & Design

Welcome to LISAA Paris Interior Architecture & Design

At LISAA Interior Architecture & Design Paris, students learn to design spaces that make sense, both aesthetically and functionally. The program encourages creative freedom while grounding each project in real-world constraints, professional standards and user needs. Through a strong project-based pedagogy, students explore spatial design, materials, volumes and user experience from the very first year.

Teaching is led by active professionals who support students closely and foster a caring, collaborative learning environment. Experimentation, critical thinking and personal expression are encouraged, allowing each student to develop a distinctive design approach while mastering both technical and conceptual tools. The dual curriculum in interior architecture and design prepares students to become versatile and highly employable professionals.

From the beginning of the program, eco-design principles are fully integrated into the curriculum, reflecting contemporary environmental and social challenges. Students also have the opportunity to follow courses taught in English and to take part in exchange programs with partner institutions, reinforcing the school’s international outlook.

Thanks to continuous guidance, hands-on workshops and Industry-based projects, students gain confidence and autonomy throughout the program. Located in the heart of Paris with over 2,700 square meters of facilities and a network of more than 900 partner companies, LISAA Interior Architecture & Design Paris trains interior architects and designers who are creative, thoughtful and ready to engage with the evolving challenges of contemporary spatial design.

Admission to LISAA follows a simple, personalized process and takes place outside the Parcoursup system. To apply, candidates schedule an admissions interview during which they present a personal portfolio (drawings, illustrations, photographs, graphic work).

The interview is designed to assess motivation and the alignment between the candidate’s profile and the chosen program. Applicants receive an admissions decision within one week following the interview. Enrollment remains open until the end of September, subject to availability.

At LISAA, there is no minimum grade average required to enter our interior architecture programs. Admission is based solely on the quality of the artistic portfolio and the applicant’s motivation, both assessed during a personalized interview.

Our individualized support from the first year allows us to welcome students from diverse backgrounds, prioritizing creativity and commitment over academic grades. This approach enables us to identify and develop each student’s potential, regardless of prior academic pathway.
